1. What this is
100K PAGE (100kpage.com) is a 1,000 × 1,000 pixel canvas. You can buy a rectangular area of it for $0.10 per pixel, in blocks of at least 10 × 10 pixels, and display an image, a title, a link, and a short piece of text on it for as long as the site exists. It's a novelty digital display, not a physical or legal deed to any real-world or internet property.
2. Purchases are final
All charges are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion in cases of clear technical error (e.g. a duplicate charge). Once a block is paid for, the pixels are reserved for your display permanently, subject to section 3.
3. Content rules
You're responsible for whatever you upload or link to. You may not use your block for content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, malicious (malware, phishing), or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy. We can remove a block that violates these rules without a refund. We don't pre-screen every block, and listing a block doesn't mean we endorse it or its linked site.
4. Accounts
Signing in with Google is optional. If you sign in, your blocks are tied to your account so you can find and manage them later. If you buy without signing in, we have no way to verify or recover ownership of that block for you afterward.
5. No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We don't guarantee it will be available at all times, free of bugs, or that it will exist forever — it's a small, independent project.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the project evolves. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
